John O'Driscoll

Founder of Blueprint

A native of Skibbereen in West Cork, John is the founder and Managing Director of Blueprint Financial Planning and has over 15 years’ experience of designing and implementing bespoke financial plans for individuals and families. John is highly qualified in his field and is a firm believer in constantly upskilling to add value to his clients. John is passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals and obtain their desired lifestyle.

Away from the office John is very much a family first person and loves nothing more than spending time with his wife Yvonne and children Seán and Eve exploring the sights of his native Skibbereen and the wider West Cork area.

John’s main hobbies include Sport, Music and Podcasting. He is a lover of all sports but has a particular passion for Golf, Football and Squash. A self confessed music fanatic John has a varied taste in music and has attended over 80 concerts so far, although don’t ask him

which one was the best, it’s too tough a question.

John launched his own podcast called The-Blueprint (listen here) last year chatting with people from the world of business, entrepreneurship and sport.

Having lost his Father to cancer in 2019 John has been passionate about raising much needed funds for cancer charities and to date has helped raise over €20,000 with funds going to Breakthrough Cancer Research and Cork Arc Cancer House.

SENIOR FINANCIAL ADVISER

A native of Bantry in West Cork Tom brings a huge amount of experience to the Blueprint Financial team having worked as a financial adviser for the past 17 years and prior to that owned and managed a busy supermarket.

Tom firmly believes in a client first approach which aligns perfectly with the ethos of Blueprint Financial Planning.

Tom possesses the following qualifications QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) RPA (Retirement Planning Adviser) and SIA (Specialist Investment Adviser).
